3-Hab is the only Case Management Company with Orthopedic, Occupational Medicine and Chiropractic Physicians who are the “Case Managers”.

With our Physicians direct contact with the Injured or Disabled Worker's Physician of Record (POR), we ensure the following:

• Minimized lost time
• Elimination of unnecessary medical procedures
• Non-Adversarial relationships with all parties to the claim

3-Hab believes that the Physician of Record (POR) holds the employers bottom line in their hands depending how efficient and effective an injured workers' claim is managed. 3-hab's PHYSICIAN case managers' interaction with the POR in a PEER to PEER relationship to discuss alternative treatment has been IMPERATIVE for us to cooperatively save hundreds of thousands of dollars for employers.

Driven by our philosophy, of peer to peer contact we have achieved high DoDM (Degree of Disability Management) RETURN TO WORK rankings on the Bureau of Workers' Compensation report cards over the years for State Insured employers.

COMMUNICATION AMONG ALL IMPORTANT PARTIES

We believe that communication is important to the recovery of the injured worker. 3-hab, employers, Third Party Administrators (if applicable), providers, and injured workers, must work as a "TEAM" to return the injured worker SAFELY back to the work environment. Our Medical Director, Associate Medical Directors, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing are willing participants in the problem solving process, therefore keeping the lines of communication always open.
